THE COMPLETE ISDN-/ IP-SOLUTION FOR SMALL COMPANIES

The Opera 4.12e integrates all communication needs of small enterprises for up to 16 users via a compact platform, which can be configured with ISDN- and SIP-trunks alike and makes available integrated voicemail, automatic voice response, FMC, user-friendly applications for its internal subscribers. Based on its advantageous architecture, the system provides its users a high level of reliable, flexible and cost-optimized functions in one platform.
Flexible
The digital system adapts to differing market requirements with numerous configuration options of the ISDN- and SIP-trunks as well as the digital and analogue extensions.
Internet-Access
The OPERA 4.12e provides connected PC's access to the Internet. The system incorporates a router to their LAN and to the public network. This includes email- and Internet-access for users connected to the LAN.
Voice Calls

Calls for voice connections are supported with all customary functions of a PBX. Calls can be made, received, held and forwarded to any extension or external telephone number. This includes ISDN-terminals that are connected on the internal S0-bus or also for DECT-telephones.

The OPERA 4.12e supports all common ISDN-features like Call Completion to Busy Subscriber (CCBS), Explicit Call Transfer (ECT) and external forwarding.
Remote Access
The OPERA 4.12e functions as gateway to the LAN for remotely working employees or homeworkers optionally via a WAN-connection or through ISDN-dial up. When using the application card, additional IP-system telephones can be registered to the company system.
Interactive Caller Guidance (Auto-Attendant)
Up to 10 different announcements and menus can be played to a caller, in response to called numbers, the time, the selected language or other options. The caller then decides through his own digit entries where he wants to be put through to.
Fixed Mobile Convergence - FMC
A user can secure his reachability via a single telephone number as well as a centralized mailbox to his IP-system telephone, Windows PC-Softphone or mobile telephone. Any WiFi-/ 3G- and SIP-compatible mobile device can be used as extension to the system via WiFi- or 3G-networks. Incoming calls are shown in the display of the registered mobile telephones. The subscriber sends his CLI independently from what device he initiates the call. The profile of the registered terminals can be selected either manually by the user or automatically via the last used telephone from which a call was made.
VoIP-Networking of Multiple Systems

Up to 100 Opera IP-systems can be connected to one network with a homogeneous telephone numbering plan. A central switchboard can take on calls from every connected system.
